Training sessions for Ashburton Futebol Club will resume this Friday, 25 May 2007.
Everyone from this club will be expected to attend this rigorous training session.
Coming from back-to-back defeats, the management has decided that everyone will have to work ten-fold now, now that these results have emasculated the team by snatching away our confidence and team spirit.

Prologue.
Derived from the term " Ashburton Grove ", which is the home ground of Arsenal FC, Ashburton Futebol Club was co-founded by Haikal, Shakur and Charles, on 20 January 2007, both of whom wanted to form a soccer team to emulate the playing style of the Gunners, which was really sleek football.
Khabir, Hafiz, Lutfillah, Hanafi, 'Ammar, Chang Sheng, Shafie, Zahiri and Taufiq were the first addition to the team. No fee was was involved as they were free agents at that point of time. It didn't end there though. Syariff and Amir were signed a few days later for an undisclosed fee. Pledging themselves to a five-year contract, they shared the same sentiments after putting pen-to-paper a deal which could make them one of the richest footballers in the world; which was to win, win and win.
Sabri, Melson, Hanif and Izhaq were unveiled as the final signings of Ashburton Futebol Club before the season began. What started out as a group of players turned out to be more than that; friendships were strengthened and new heights were reached. The general consensus in the club is that even though you don't win, you have to enjoy yourself and most importantly, don't ever let your team mates down.
Hanafi and Lutfillah have been suspended from the team and it have been rumours of them quiting.
Latest signings were Farshad, Rizwan, Adam, Faizal, Justin, Nasrul, Eugene.
Rumours of possible signings would be the tkss trio, Diny, Shahdan, Syafiq, and also 4H trio, Johnathan, Raunaq, Zairil.
And our unofficial coach/manager/player is Kori.
